Can you get a grand piano out of an upper floor?
Yes, subject to survey. Where stairs are not viable we arrange a window or balcony lift with the correct equipment and any permissions the building needs.
Should the piano be tuned after the move?
Yes — we recommend tuning once the instrument has acclimatised, usually after two to four weeks, and we can coordinate the tuner.
