Access at both buildings — lift availability, loading bay slots, stair carries and road restrictions change crew size and time more than distance does.
Timing — out-of-hours, weekend and bank holiday moves carry a premium, but usually cost less than the lost trading time of a weekday move.
IT scope — workstation disconnection and reconnection, comms cabinets and server hardware are priced separately from furniture.
