A business relocation is a project with a deadline, not a van booking. Our job is to get you out of one building and trading from the next one with the least possible lost working time, and to make the plan visible to everyone who has to sign it off.
What the Service Covers
Free site survey at both buildings, covering access, lifts, loading bays, parking suspensions and floor protection.
A written move plan with a phased schedule, crate quantities, crew numbers and vehicle movements.
Labelling and floor plans so every crate, desk and chair lands in the right position rather than in a pile.
IT and comms disconnection, transport and reconnection alongside your IT team or provider.
Furniture dismantle and rebuild, including storage walls, benching and meeting room fit-outs.
Storage between lease dates when the new building is not ready.
Minimising Downtime
Most business moves run across a Friday night or a weekend so staff leave one building on Friday and log in at the new one on Monday. Larger estates are phased department by department, with a critical-first sequence agreed in advance.
