What the Job Actually Involves
Isolation and disconnection of power, air, hydraulics and extraction by qualified trades.
Marked-up dismantling with labelled fixings and photographic records so nothing is guessed at reassembly.
Transport frames, bracing and shock protection sized to the machine, not to the vehicle.
Positioning to layout drawing with laser levelling, shimming and anchor setting.
Reconnection of services and handover to your commissioning engineer.
How We Run It
Site survey first, covering access, floor loading, lift and door dimensions, and the exact equipment list.
A written method statement and risk assessment issued before the move date, with named crew and lifting plan where required.
Out-of-hours, weekend or shutdown execution so operations and trading are not interrupted.
Full goods-in-transit and liability cover, with agreed values recorded for anything high value.
Sign-off at destination against the inventory, with photographs and condition notes.

Do you install as well as remove?
Yes. Most jobs are a single contract: decommission at the old site, transport, and install and level at the new one.
What about machines that need a crane?
Crane, contra-lift and specialist haulage are arranged and coordinated by us, including permits and road closures where needed.
